A little bit about myself:
- Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and extremely proud to be Malaysian. Hoping to one day help in the fight to change the things that are wrong with this beautiful country.
- Semi-proud Cempakan of 11 years. Made wonderful friends. Learnt many things from many people in many ways. Very grateful for the growing experience.
- Had the best time, and met some of the best people I know at HELP Institute.
- Currently majoring in English at Wesleyan University, Middletown CT. Class of 2008. Getting an amazing education–highly stressed but loving almost every minute of it.
- Proud member of the Alpha Delta Phi Society, Middletown Chapter. Have served as Assembly Series Chair, Vice President, and will be Out of House Chaplain.
- Spent the last summer at Summerbridge Sacramento (a member of the Breakthrough Collaborative) teaching Evolutionary Biology to 7th Graders. Met and got to know amazing people–both fellow faculty and students–all of whom have inspired me to become a much better person and leader. Worked about 15 hours a day for 6 weeks. All in all, the most intense experience of my life. Also hopefully, a part of my future.
- Drives a WesMoBile.
- Loves her family alotalot and knows that she is beyond blessed.
